Refund Policy

  1. General Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are available only if the service or product has not been initiated.
    • Domains are non-refundable after purchase, but they can be transferred to the client upon request.
    • Hosting costs are refundable only before the first year of free hosting ends.

  2. Course Fees and Facebook Ads:

    • Course fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
    • Facebook ad service fees are refundable only if no results are delivered.

  3. Google AdSense Blogging Plan:

    • If approval for AdSense is not achieved, clients will receive a refund excluding domain costs.
