Service Delivery and Payment Terms:
Payments for all services will be treated as individual product purchases. The service will only proceed upon receipt of the initial payment.
Half payment agreements require clients to complete the second half of the payment before receiving full access to the delivered project (e.g., website access).
All projects will be delivered to the email address provided during registration or communication.
Course payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Project Cancellation and Refunds:
Projects can be canceled before starting, and a full refund will be provided only if the domain or hosting has not been purchased.
After the domain is purchased, the cost of the domain is non-refundable, but ownership can be transferred to the client.
For services like Facebook ads, if the results are unsatisfactory, service charges will be refunded.
Google AdSense approval under blogging plans is subject to success. If approval is not achieved, a refund excluding domain charges will be issued.
Hosting:
Hosting is free for the first year. Afterward, the client must pay 30% of the Hostinger renewal cost to continue services.
Taxes and Payment Gateway Fees:
Taxes apply to all transactions and are non-refundable.
